The team is led by David Donaldson, Director, who spent nearly 20 years in DoE Planning Service before moving to a large multi-disciplinary consultancy. Gráinne Rice, Associate Director, is a Chartered Town Planner with public and private sector experience. She is particularly experienced in managing large residential and commercial projects that need Environmental Impact Assessments.
